Not for profit Organisation founded in 1981 by Indian Expatriates living in United States to help their motherland – in Giving Back. Facilitated registration of two non profit societies – SHARE INDIA and SHARE MEDICAL CARE – with similar objectives – to translate the dreams into action,SHARE USA is governed by the SHARE Executive Board, which consists of 15 Member ,the organization is headed by an Chairperson,the current Chairperson is Dr.PS Reddy,SHARE relies entirely on voluntary contributions for its funding. Its principal donors are NRI's, private sector and individuals.
SHARE is a brainchild of Dr. P.S. Reddy, Professor of Medicine, University of Pittsburgh and Secretary. He devotes 50% of his time in India to translate NRI's dreams into reality.
